Perfect Research is the investment arm of the Perfect Group and is a proprietary
investment boutique based out of Delhi, India.
1. Mr. R.A. Kila, FCA, FCS (Founder Chairman)
Mr. R.A KILA is the founder
chairman of Perfect Group. Mr Kila’s experiences span across diverse
engagements. He completed his Company Secretary ship in 1982 and Chartered Accountancy
in 1983. He has been studying markets for the last 3 decades and his
entrepreneurial streak is evident from the fact that today, the 3 decade old
Perfect Group is a diversified industrial house with activities spanning across
a spectrum of services.

He is also an
executive member of the expert committees of ASSOCHAM on Finance & Banking
and Capital Markets and is well heard in corporate circles. He is an
independent director in Aravali Securities Ltd and is also on the board of
several other companies.
2. Mr. Vinod Kila, FCA (Chief Financial Officer)
Mr. Vinod looks
after the overall financial planning for the group and spearheads the corporate
advisory arm of the group.
3. Mr. Ashish Kila,
FCA, MBA (Chief Investment Officer) 
Ashish
is a rank holder CA and MBA from MDI Gurgaon. He has worked with leading
investment banks like Goldman Sachs & Morgan Stanley in their equity
research division and now is the CIO of the group’s investment management
division. Ashish regularly speaks on various capital market forums at MDI
Gurgaon, ICAI (Institute of Chartered Accountants of India) conferences.
Anish is a MBA (Finance &
Marketing) from IIFT Delhi and Rank Holder (CA – PE-II). During his extensive
corporate stint, Anish worked with the ESSAR group in their internal audit and
control division and looked after all corporate strategy and management control
of all verticals of Essar (Telecom, Oil, Retail, IT, Steel etc).
5. Mrs. Aperna
Kila, B.Com (H) | MBA, NUS, Singapore, Director
Aperna is a part of the Financial Services division of the Group. She takes interest in new business initiatives and on setting up alternate lines of financing for the Group. Aperna is at the forefront of the technological developments, integrating new age methods and processes with the old school.

Prior to working with Perfect
Group, Aperna has been engaged in various roles such as Research Analyst at
McKinsey & Co., Investment Banking Intern/ Associate at Ernst & Young,
Nuevo Asia Advisors – Singapore, running Corporate Debt Restructuring, M&A
deal for family owned paper manufacturing company. Aperna is also actively
engaged in the social initiatives of the Group and looks into the activities of
Perfect Foundation.
